Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift vouchers

For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for items purchased on sale.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for posting a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Changes (if applicable)
We replace items. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at offvintage@icloud.com and ship the item to the following address: Via Belvedere, 48 80056 Ercolano NA Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to deliver in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Via Belvedere, 48 80056 Ercolano NA Italy.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.

If you need to ship an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
